LAX Nightclub inside Luxor Hotel and Casino welcomed Maxim’s 2012 Bottle Service Beauty Search winner Gina Ruggieri as she took over the Las Vegas hot spot. After arriving just before midnight, Ruggieri made her way through the packed mega-club to her VIP booth where she joined her entourage and posed for pictures.
