Las Vegas Headliner Jeff Civillico is producing and hosting a week-long summer program called Showbiz Academy, June 8-12, for high school students to learn about the creative and business aspects of the entertainment industry from top industry professionals here in Las Vegas.
This intensive master class features private performances, keynote speeches, question & answer sessions, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops from major industry players in Las Vegas.
Showbiz Academy has performers and representatives from Cirque, Blue Man Group, Caesars, Jersey Boys, ShowStoppers, Rose.Rabbit.Lie, Greenspun Media Group, Destinations by Design, Mac King, Las Vegas Sun and others.
Showbiz Academy is the perfect opportunity for any student who wants to:
- Learn more about any aspect of the performing arts – theater, entertainment, comedy, improv, performing, singing, dancing, magic, juggling, public speaking, event planning, entertainment management, or production.
- Add a unique experience only offered in Las Vegas to his or her college application. You must be selected to attend Showbiz Academy. Availability is limited.
- Build his or her confidence by learning new skills, and trying new activities.
- Do something active.
- Meet and engage with other local teenagers.

Please note:
- Although Showbiz Academy is intended for high school students (ages 14-17), we do have some flexibility for interested / qualified students outside of that range. We already have a few outside of that age range registered. We will simply subdivide the small group work by age / ability.
- No experience necessary! We are welcoming all ages.
- Students are supervised at all time. We will maintain a counselor-student ratio of 10:1 at all times.
- Showbiz Academy is about developing confidence, meeting other students, and starting your summer off by doing something ACTIVE.
How Much Does It Cost?
- $849 / 5 days. 3 Full Days 9am – 3pm (lunch included), 2 Half Days 9am – 12pm, and 7pm Evening Show
