The Iconic Images Gallery is a celebration of some of the most prolific faces in the age of celebrity, prominently featuring the work of O’Neill, in addition to select pieces by other impressive photographers including Douglas Kirkland, Michael Moebius, Gered Mankowitz and Baron Wolman. Located at the site of the former Sahara Hotel, the Iconic Images Gallery memorializes O’Neill’s work in the very location that for years was a hotspot for many of the legends featured in the gallery, including notable Sahara guests Frank Sinatra and The Beatles.

The night began with an exclusive preview event for the collection featuring remarks from O’Neill, longtime friend Robin Morgan, CEO of Iconic Images, and Jared Rapier, Vice President of Brand at SLS Las Vegas. O’Neill and Morgan shared nostalgic tales about the photographs in the gallery, including stories about beloved crooner Frank Sinatra, one of O’Neill’s favorite artists to photograph. O’Neill then unveiled two never-before-seen images of Sinatra. Photographed in May 1975, the images capture the singer’s crowd-pleasing performance at Royal Albert Hall in London.

“I’m especially proud of this collection because it’s an era of entertainment like none other. So many of the photos came about organically with remarkable entertainers that I’m proud to call my friends and colleagues,” said O’Neill. “Each photograph tells a story that is very personal to me, and I’m excited to welcome guests to experience these moments as one complete collection.”
