Liv and Mim Nervo to DJ at Encore Beach Club, Surrender, Tryst and XS Nightclubs

The premier nightlife and daylife venues of Wynn Las Vegas will extend their musical partnership with the addition of Australian duo NERVO exclusively joining the DJ line-up in 2011.  

The two separate management groups, operating Encore Beach Club, Surrender, Tryst and XS Nightclubs, will share multiple dates with sisters Liv and Mim Nervo throughout the remainder of the year.

“Our partnership has allowed Wynn Las Vegas to develop a superlative music lineup within a highly competitive nightlife industry,” said Jesse Waits, managing partner of XS and Tryst Nightclubs. “NERVO will offer something extremely unique to our talent roster, bringing a playful yet feisty vibe to our dance floors. We’re looking forward to their debut at Tryst on June 25.”

NERVO are a triple threat of talent: hit songwriters, producers, and DJ’s whose skills have attracted a who’s who of dance music’s most credible and pop music’s hottest artists to be drawn to the girls’ clever lyrics, indelible melodies and bold, sassy electro-pop sound. They have recently been spotted bridging the gap between the underground and mainstream as the DJs on the Britney Spears Femme Fatale tour. These DJs are as cool as they come.

The duo’s longtime passion for dance music and club culture has led the girls to also work with top producers such as David Guetta, Afrojack, Avicii, Armin Van Buuren and Steve Aoki. Their pop collaborations include Kylie Minogue, Ke$ha and Kelly Rowland, scoring a No1 in multiple territories as writers for Guetta and Rowland.

NERVO debuted their first dance release “This Kind of Love” at last year’s Winter Music Conference, which has since gone #1 on the World Club Charts and #2 on the UK Music Week Club Charts. The week was a huge success that saw them DJ at parties for Paul Oakenfold and Pete Tong, and play the main stage at Ultra Music Festival alongside the world’s greatest dance artists.

“We want to do it all,” Mim says. “We really admire people like Guetta, Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Mark Ronson, Diddy and will.i.am. They are all known as songwriters, producers, entrepreneurs and artists. None of them have been expected to stay in one lane and be known for one thing.”
