Guests will enjoy a variety of New Year’s Eve dining options including a prix-fixe surf and turf menu at Anthony’s Gourmet Burgers & Brews, an international seafood feast at Studio B Buffet, an all-inclusive dinner menu at Jayde Fuzion and a special New Year’s Eve Menu at Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood.

Epicures will delight in the special New Year’s Eve menu at Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood. Available exclusively on Dec. 31, guests may indulge in a variety of seasonal dishes expertly crafted by Executive Chef Matt Borowski. Appetizer selections will include spiced foie gras with apple compote, fresh colossal stone crab, Wagyu tartar, charred grilled octopus with roasted eggplant, toasted sesame seeds and blistered heirloom tomato and an oyster trilogy featuring one dozen assorted East Coast, Canadian and Pacific Coast oysters. Entrées include dry-aged strip loin and Alaskan king crab legs with chanterelle mushrooms, parsnips and aged madeira sauce, Hawaiian sea bass with roasted butternut squash puree, smoked bacon and soy-miso glaze and a 24-ounce roasted chateaubriand with chateau potatoes, haricot vert and béarnaise sauce. Grand Mariner soufflé and cheesecake mousse make for the perfect sweet ending. Anthony’s Gourmet Burgers & Brews will offer a special surf and turf menu on Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 4 to 10 p.m. The three-course, prix-fixe menu, available for $39.99, will begin with a creamy lobster bisque made with diced Maine lobster, followed by a surf and turf entrée with herb-roasted beef tenderloin and butter-poached lobster tail. Accompaniments will include potato rösti and farmer’s market vegetables in a port reduction. A warm chocolate lava cake with a salted caramel filling and decadent raspberry sauce, will provide a sweet finish. Guests may also order from the restaurant’s regular menu with selections that include appetizers, salads, burgers, fries, entrées and desserts. Reservations can be made by calling 702-797-1000.

Studio B Buffet will feature a New Year’s Eve seafood buffet on Dec. 31 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Chilled seafood will include crab legs, an oyster bar, cocktail shrimp and ceviche shooters, while entrées will include freshly carved roasted rack of lamb, turkey breast, prime rib and beef Wellington. International selections will encompass a variety of dishes from around the world, including Italian entrees like stuffed rigatoni with Bolognaise, mussels fra diavolo and penne with shrimp and scallops in a scampi sauce, as well as Mediterranean, Asian and international cuisine such as Kalbi short ribs, Thai chili chicken wings, oxtail soup and chicken adobo. An omelet station will prepare made-to-order omelets from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests will also enjoy a variety of tempting desserts along with complimentary champagne. The New Year’s Eve Seafood Buffet is priced at $49.99 per person; children ages 5 to 8 are $39.99.

On Dec. 31, Jayde Fuzion will serve a special all-you-can-eat menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Endless selections will include fresh sashimi, nigiri, specialty sushi rolls and hand rolls, along with a variety of salads, soups, entrées and desserts. Appetizers such as BBQ grilled “Misty Point” oysters, ahi poke, lump crab cakes and Korean street “tacos”, and Jayde Fuzion specialties such as ginger crab legs, salt and pepper shrimp, Shanghai lobster, pan-seared diver scallops and Szechuan pepper-crusted filet medallions will also be included. The New Year’s Eve menu is available for $75 per person; children ages 5 to twelve are $45. The regular menu will not be served on New Year’s Eve. Guests may resolve to make time for themselves in the New Year with a special price on the popular My Mio Time package. A 50-minute Relaxation Massage and 50-minute M Essential Facial, priced at $185, will provide a perfect means to de-stress in 2015. Package must be redeemed between Jan. 5 and Jan. 31, 2015.

Spa-goers will get their second service for just $20.15 when they buy their first service at full price. This includes Spa Mio’s full range of offerings, from salon services to spa treatments.
