The famed attraction welcomed guests and mega fans of Aaliyah for an exclusive unveiling of the singer’s likeness. Guests went Back and Forth to the ultimate playlist of super fly jams while gettin’ down with the rest of the Madame Tussauds ‘90s crew.

Aaliyah’s brother, Rashad Haughton, was in the house to help celebrate the momentous occasion. Haughton greeted fans sharing a heartfelt message to the crowd in honor of Aaliyah before taking photos with his late sister’s figure, fans, and social media contest winners.
Fans and noteworthy VIPs including rapper Kash Doll along with WWE power couple Zelina Vega and Aleister Black enjoyed light bites and cocktails, including a champagne toast fit for the stars to celebrate Aaliyah’s life days before the 18th anniversary of her untimely death.

Aaliyah is bringing all the swag to the attraction’s ‘90s room. In partnership with her brother and family, Aaliyah’s figure is a head turning representation of her Try Again music video look. Complete with the sexy and edgy iconic diamond studded bra, choker and belt, guests can snap selfies with the songstress, don’t forget that perfect hip-popping pose! Since Madame Tussauds is the ultimate fan experience, Aaliyah pops her pose in front of three cascading infinity stars dedicated to her fans with the never-ending stars representing Aaliyah’s everlasting legacy.
Think that’s how the night ended? You’re trippin’! Guests celebrated the night by enjoying the recently added interactive installations around the attraction including taking a dip on Snoop Dogg’s oversized joint seesaw, Miley Cyrus’ wrecking ball and an oversized roulette wheel filled with poker chips.
Got to Give it Up, Aaliyah’s new figure inside Madame Tussauds is now available for all to see and interact. That’s not all! Fans visiting Aaliyah can become a part of the singer’s set by downloading the Aaliyah App that includes immersive elements to further the experience. Created by Aaliyah’s brother, Rashad Haughton, fans can post videos related to music, dance, art, makeup and more to celebrate the iconic singer, actress and fashion icon even more than before.
