Dishes include sal morejo, a silky puree of heirloom tomatoes garnished with crisp Serrano ham, marinated white anchovies and served with rustic bread; an assortment of Spanish antipasto, including marinated olives, artichokes, and piquillo peppers with shaved Serrano ham and chorizo; and a decadent foie gras bruschetta, a toasted baguette smeared with foie gras mousse, Pedro Ximinez sherry reduction and Serrano ham. MOzen Bistro

TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire
Known for its innovative dishes and flawless technique, TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire features a variety of new dishes that will awaken and excite palates of even the most seasoned foodie. New appetizers include the Dover sole and crevette (French for shrimp), prepared three distinct ways: as carpaccio, as a salad and with a Riesling granite.  Confuscious Duck lands on the menu roasted, with spiced bouillon, black currant juice, roasted cherries, potato gnocchi, celery and rhubarb fondue.
