Marco Antonio Solís to Perform at Mandalay Bay Events Center Friday, September 15
Mandalay Bay Events Center will kick off Mexican Independence Day weekend with a special performance by Mexican musician, composer and record producer Marco Antonio Solís Friday, Sept. 15 at 8 p.m.
One of the most important figures in the rise of Mexican and Latin music to world prominence, Marco Antonio Solís has launched group and solo careers, resulting in best-selling albums including “En Vivo,” “Mas de Mi Alma,” “Tu Amor o Tu Desprecio” and “Trozos de Mi Alma, Vol. 2,” which earned Solís a Grammy nomination for Best Latin Pop Album. During his extensive career, Solís has had more than 30 entries on Billboard’s Hot Latin Tracks chart, including several number one hits. His most recent album, “Gracias Por Estar Aqui,” debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart.
