McFadden’s Presents a “Sexy Slumber Party” and “Fire and Ice Party”

McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino brings a jam-packed roster of non-stop parties and special events to kick off August from a sleepover to a “Fire and Ice” bash.

Thursday, August 5
Sexy Slumber Party
With ladies looking to show off their pajamas, McFadden’s will host a “Sexy Slumber Party” this Thursday night. Ladies and guys are encouraged to wear their pajamas to the bar, and the lady with the sexiest bedtime apparel will win a $250 bar tab. The fun doesn’t end there with $5 32 oz Big Ass Beers and $5 Bomb Shots, plus anyone wearing pajamas will get a free shot from the beer tub. All local and college ladies drink free from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. and then $1 drinks until close. What is a sleepover without the snacks and games? McFadden’s has that covered with chips, popcorn, and pretzels to munch on throughout the night. Guests may sign up for a beer pong tournament starting at 10 p.m.

Friday, August 6
Acoustic Soul
Party-goers pack McFadden’s as local favorites, Acoustic Soul, hit the stage. McFadden’s will offer an open bar from 10 p.m. until midnight, priced at $10 for ladies and $20 for guys, along with $3 Coors Light and $5 you-call-it bomb shots. Guests may spin the “Wheel of Fate” for specials every half hour.

Saturday August 7
Fire and Ice Party
McFadden’s will get hot and cold with a “Fire and Ice Party.” For those who want something frosty the oversized ice luge will offer chilled shots. For guests looking to heat things up, McFadden’s will host a spicy battle made up of shots, hot sauce and a frozen shot glass where the competitor who melts their own shot glass first, wins. For guests who want to go the more traditional route McFadden’s has a pre-game open bar from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m., $10 for both guys and ladies, as well as another open bar from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m., priced at just $10 for ladies and $20 for guys. To end this hot and cold night, two teams will compete in the “Hot Bodies Hard Cash Contest,” as two teams work to melt a block of ice with cash frozen inside. The first team to extract the money wins the cash.

Thursday, August 12
McFadden’s Vegas Food Drive
McFadden’s is doing good deeds by putting on a food drive that will be co-hosted by Spot Pakk to benefit Three Square. McFadden’s will reward guests with one free cocktail for every can, and an open bar for 10 cans that includes domestic drafts and vodka from 10 p.m. until midnight. Guests lending extra donations for Three Square with 25 cans or more will receive a complimentary bottle of Pearl Vodka. In other words, no good deed goes unpunished. All local and college ladies will enjoy free drinks from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. then $1 drinks till McFadden’s shuts the doors. Other specials include $5 32 oz Big Ass Beers, $5 you-call-it Bomb Shots, and Sexy Beer Tub and Shot Girl Specials. Guests may sign up for the beer pong tournament starting at 10 p.m.

It’s not Halloween yet, however, McFadden’s is getting an early start with “The Night of the Creeps: Furries Edition”. Everyone that comes dressed up will receive a free drink. McFadden’s has a pre-game open bar from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m., $10 for both guys and ladies, as well as another open bar from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m., priced at just $10 for ladies and $20 for guys.

Thursday, August 19
“Summer School Tailgate Bash”
McFadden’s would like to welcome back UNLV and honor anyone wearing UNLV red with a free shot at the beer tub. All local ladies and college girls enjoy a complimentary open bar from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m., and $1 drinks till McFadden’s says the party’s over. Everyone else enjoys $1 cans of beer, $2 shots, $5 pitchers, and $5 you-call-it bomb shots. DJ Ted, DJ Green, and other guest DJs from DJ Nation will keep the party spinning all night long. All party-goers born in August will enjoy a complimentary open bar from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m., while friends and family can join in on the open bar action, priced at just $10 for ladies and $20 for guys from 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. To keep the party thriving, McFadden’s will have $3 birthday cake shots and $5 you-call-it bomb shots all night long.

“Preliminary Girl Kiss Contest”
For those who want to impress Ryan Leslie from the Real World, New Orleans with their girl-on-girl kissing skills, this is the day. Winners of this night’s prelims will go on to compete again on Saturday, August 28 at “Ryan’s Revival Back to School Party,” where Ryan will be the judge. For anyone with the ability to flip perfectly and chug rapidly, McFadden’s will hold a Flip Cup Tournament and Peer Pong Tournament during its weekly Beerfest event. All local and college ladies will enjoy free drinks from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. then $1 drinks till McFadden’s shuts the doors, along with $5 32 oz Big Ass Beers, $5 you-call-it Bomb Shots, and Sexy Beer Tub and Shot Girl Specials.

Ryan Leslie from MTV’s “Real World: Back to New Orleans” cast will lead the way as McFadden’s welcomes students back to school with “Ryan’s Rebel Revival.” McFadden’s will warm up with a pregame-style open bar from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. priced at $10 for both ladies and gents. To ensure no partygoer goes thirsty, McFadden’s next open bar special will kick off at 11 p.m. until 1 a.m. with the purchase of a wristband, priced at $10 for ladies and $20 for guys. The final contestants from Thursday’s steamiest girl on girl kissing prelims contest will compete as Leslie will hand-pick the hottest kissing duo of the evening and award the pair with $1,000 cash, courtesy of McFadden’s.
