Steve Connolly might say that Elvis Presley was a performer whose music can still top the charts today in country, pop, and in Europe. A man with more #1 hits than the Beatles in England. Connolly said, “If my mission is to entertain audiences as completely as possible, why not recreate a complete experience of Elvis Presley’s performance so that audiences experience not just the music of Elvis Presley but grasp the real “Spirit of the King” as if he were performing today RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!

To accomplish this goal Steve decided to distinguish himself from all of the Elvis impersonators and stylist. Yes, Steve did master all of the physical nuances, moves, and conversational tones of the man from Memphis.

Next, he studied the entire body of Elvis’s music, the novelty of some of his arrangements, and even his sense of humor and abilities as a band leader in live performances.

Finally, Steve took his considerable skills as a composer, guitar, and bass player, and vocal stylist and set about to fully perform rather than slavishly mimic or depict Elvis’s signature performances.

Without ignoring music from any of Elvis’s periods, Steve decided to PERFORM with all of the athleticism and sexual confrontation of Elvis at his most vital (think ‘ 68 comeback special – black leather). The response to this style of Elvis Entertainment in Las Vegas has been exceptional.

Over 6000 Public performances in Las Vegas Casinos, currently appearing at the Four Queens (3 yrs), Bus of Stars Rolling Stage Coach (5 yrs), Fitzgerald’s (4.5 yrs), MGM Grand (3.5 yrs), The Paris Queen Production ‘We Will Rock You’ (2 yrs), Aladdin (1 yr) Riviera (1/2 yr) and Bally’s (1/2 yr).

Today Steve is creating a whole catalog of new paintings devoting much of his artistic talent to interpreting Elvis in the visual medium of fine art painting and Steve continues performing for public & private corporate events nationally and internationally re-creating his signature show: “Spirit of the King” He still finds time to write original music and spend time with his wife and three children. Unfortunately, Elvis Presley is no longer available, but thankfully Steve Connolly is still “alive and kicking”. You can catch “The hardest working king in show biz” at the Four Queens Hotel & Casino nightly in the Canyon Showroom at 9pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Buy Tickets

Former Playboy Playmate Charlotte Kemp

Charlotte Kemp in her own words:

Charlotte KempThe spotlight began to shine on me when I was approached by Playboy to do a pictorial while pursuing my degrees in Biology and Psychology at Indiana University.

Having already done some modeling in college, I carefully considered Playboy’s offer, deciding that the venture would be beneficial for both parties.

With the December 1982 issue, I officially became a Playboy Playmate, and in October 1983, I was on the cover of Playboy Magazine.

I did a tremendous amount of modeling, including Vogue and Cosmo. Late in 1984 I met a Formula One racing driver and moved to Monte Carlo, where I lived for the next 7 years. In 1990 my relationship ended, and I moved back to New York, where I starred in Frankenhooker, posed for Murder, and several commercials. I starred in two movies for Bandai Productions in Japan.

In 1994 I became the first Playmate ever to receive a license from Playboy, and founded “The Playboy Running Team,” dispelling the myth that Playboy Playmates are only pretty faces and bodies.

I have traveled the world over and again, having visited Japan, China, Thailand, Tibet, and Nepal. I have also been to Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil, and almost every country in Western and Eastern Europe. I cannot forget my beloved Australia. “I could go on, but you get the picture. I have been blessed with travel, culture, and love.”
