Meet Up and Drink Up with a New Happy Hour Menu at Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar
Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar in Henderson, Nev., has introduced a new and improved happy hour menu, available from 4 to 6 p.m. daily (Pictured: Pepperoni Flatbread – Photo credit: Brian Mannasmith).
The menu includes a new wide array of appetizers priced between $3 and $6, featuring: all-natural pepperoni flatbread with bell peppers and house-made tomato sauce; prosciutto and lentil salad served with a toasted crostini; and meatballs and marinara, two beef and pork meatballs with tomato sauce, shaved Romano cheese and a toasted crostini.

Other classic Sammy’s dishes remain on the happy hour menu at a lower price and will include: Lebni, Mediterranean soft cheese with exotic spices, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and grilled herb flatbread; pork dumplings with cilantro, green onion, tomatoes and ponzu chili sauce; and crispy coconut shrimp skewers with orange-horseradish sauce.
To complement the dishes, Sammy’s updated drink specials include house red and white wine priced at $5 per glass and $2 off well cocktails.
Happy hour specialty cocktails include: Red Rock Sunset with peach schnapps and pineapple; Raspberry Martini made with vodka, raspberries and agave nectar; Orange Mojito with Bacardi O rum and orange juice; Mojito Italiano with Prosecco and Captain Morgan white rum; and Pomegranate Marga-tini with tequila and pomegranate liquor.
