Melissa Etheridge to Perform Free Concert at Fremont Street Experience August 20
Fremont Street Experience’s Rock of Vegas
concert series continues with a free concert featuring Melissa Etheridge Saturday, August 20 at 9 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage. 

Etheridge is best known for her massive hits including “I’m the Only One,” “Come to My Window,” and her recent song dedicated to the Orlando shooting victims, “Pulse.” She can also be heard in Al Gore’s documentary “An Inconvenient Truth” singing her song, “I Need to Wake Up.”

Etheridge’s most recent album, debuted on the Billboard 200 at #21 in the first week. The emotional album features collaborations from different artists and Grammy Award-winning producers.

Celebrating its eighth season, the free concerts have become one of the most popular summertime events in Las Vegas. This year’s lineup will turn the legendary downtown Las Vegas entertainment venue into summer’s alternative destination through Labor Day weekend with a free concert series that showcases a stellar lineup of bands that have taken music to the edge.
