Memorial Day Luau at the Plaza Hotel & Casino May 26
The Plaza Hotel & Casino will host its annual Memorial Day Luau at the Pool at the Plaza, the property’s expansive rooftop pool deck overlooking downtown Las Vegas, on Saturday, May 26 from 8 to 11 p.m.

Guests can relax poolside while enjoying the entertainment of traditional performances by Polynesian dancers. The luau will also feature an all-you-can-eat buffet of authentic Hawaiian cuisine, including Lomi Salmon Salad, Hawaiian Sliders, Huli Huli, Chicken Lechon, Uala Kahiki, Hawaiian Dream and Haupia as well as various salads, rice, noodles and vegetables. A cash bar will offer specialty cocktails, beer and wine.

The event held will culminate with a red, white and blue fireworks show.
