Mexican Independence Day Celebration to Kick off This Saturday, Sept. 15 at The LINQ Promenade in Las Vegas

This weekend celebrate Mexican Independence Day at The LINQ Promenade, the popular shopping, dining and entertainment district at the heart of the Strip will feature free traditional and neo-Mexican art and entertainment, as well as food and drink specials.  

On Saturday night, The LINQ Promenade will welcome Hip-Hop Artist Olmeca whose hits include “Make It Right (Dile)” and “Relo.”

SPECIALS:
Throughout the weekend, multiple restaurants and bars will offer specials including:

• ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails: Modern Times Brewing Company to host a product launch party Sunday with bucket specials and giveaways from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Brooklyn Bowl: This Saturday will be Selena Night, paying tribute to the late “Queen of Tejano music.” The event begins at 10 p.m. Click here to purchase tickets.
• Chayo Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar: In-house DJ entertainment starting every night at 10 p.m. beginning this Friday. Mariachi band to perform from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sept. 16.
• Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza: The Loaded Ranchero will include Ranchero salsa, ground beef, black beans, cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo, olives and sour cream. The dish will be available starting Sept. 11, concluding this Sunday. The price: $19.
• Haute Doggery: Tijuana Dog will feature bacon, topped with grilled onions, jalapeño and mayonnaise for $7.29.
• Off The Strip Bistro + Bar: Their specials will include the Breakfast Chilaquiles Skillet, $18; Breakfast Tostada, $16; Shrimp Ceviche, $16; Rolled Chicken Tacos, $18; Chicken or Steak Dinner Fajitas, $26 and Dessert Flan, $9. Drink specials include Altos Tequila Olmeca shot, as well as Corona, Modelo and Dos Equis, all for $5.
• O’Sheas Casino: Drink specials will include Miller Lite, $3; Coors Light 12 oz. drafts; Jell-O shots, $3; Jameson, $5; Patrón, Fireball and Jager shots, $5 and craft beers for $4.
• Virgil’s Real BBQ: They will be open for breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. with bottomless Virgil’s Ale available, $18.
