Mr. & Mayor Goodman Visit Chazz Palminteri at The Mirage
On Monday, March 19, Mayor Carolyn Goodman and former mayor Oscar Goodman stopped by The Mirage Hotel & Casino to visit with Academy Award-nominated actor Chazz Palminteri before he performed his one-man show “A Bronx Tale” at the Terry Fator Theatre (Photo credit: Monica Marraccini of Shot Keeper).
The Goodmans, who had a prior engagement and could not stay for that evening’s performance, wanted to meet with Chazz and extend their well wishes. Palminteri and the Goodmans discussed the back story of “A Bronx Tale” and spoke about what it’s like performing live theatre in Las Vegas and New York City as that’s where the Mayor is from. Mayor Goodman was overheard saying, “You’ll have to let us know the next time you’re in town. We’re so sorry we had to miss it.”

Upon arriving to The Mirage, Former Mayor Oscar Goodman was provided his signature drink—a martini—which he thoroughly enjoyed. After meeting with Palminteri, the Goodmans ordered dinner to go from Carnegie Deli at The Mirage.
