Murray SawChuck Goes Backstage to Meet His Idol Jerry Lewis at 90 Years Old!
Murray SawChuck aka MURRAY ‘Celebrity Magician’ got to see one of his idols perform last night at South Point Hotel and was escorted backstage to meet the Legendary Comedian Jerry Lewis.
Murray also had an old magic book his good friend Harry Basil (Laugh Factory / Tropicana Producer of his show) gave him and said if you ever get to meet him maybe you can have him sign it.
Well sure enough Murray had the book last night with him and when he walked into Jerry’s dressing room the first thing Jerry did was grab the book and ask where did you get this from? Murray told him and Jerry said I don’t even have one of these. He looked it over and asked if Murray would like it signed. He signed it for Murray, they chatted for a few minutes about the business and took a photo in front of his dressing room mirror.
Murray states, “In entertainment it’s always great when you can meet your hero’s and Jerry Lewis is a hero for many of us in the business and in general”
