Music Centered Restaurant and Bar ‘Rock & Rollers Las Vegas’ Opens November 26
Lace up your skates and grab a burger, Las Vegas’ newest hotspot, Rock & Rollers, will open Monday, November 26. Perched above Commercial Center’s Sahara Events Center, Rock & Rollers brings together chef-driven comfort food, classic cocktails, roller skating, and live music, to create a 21+ focused dining destination.
“Las Vegas is an entertainment destination for tourists, we wanted to create a space that both locals and visitors alike can enjoy,” says Rock & Rollers owner Darren Corsatea. “With skating, music, bowling, beer pong, and great food and drink, if you’re not having fun here, you’re not having fun anywhere.”
Food & Drink
With a menu created by local hospitality consultants Rx2, Rock & Rollers’ kitchen offers signature items like Beer Cheese Sliders, three mini versions of Rock & Roller’s mesquite beef patty, topped with bacon, beer cheese, and house made pickled red onions on pretzel rolls; Devil’s Down South Burger, a signature salute to the Crossroads – a decadent 1/3 lb. patty topped with pulled pork, applewood smoked bacon, sweet and spicy slaw, and smoky homemade BBQ sauce; and Cinnamon Pork Chop, a bone-in chop seasoned with a house-made cinnamon rub and Angry Apple Cider compote, served with sautéed vegetables. Shareable milkshakes in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate make up the dessert menu.
Rock & Rollers drink program focuses on the perfect pairing – a beer and a shot. The menu includes Old Fashioned Beer and a Bulleit, Blue Moon Backed with an old fashion shot made with Bulleit Rye Whiskey; and Stella and Tom; a pint of Stella backed with a Tom Collins shot.
Skating & Games
Rock & Rollers’ guests can enjoy the historic downstairs skating center, where bands including Santana, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Led Zepplin, and The Doors have played. Open skating is offered Friday and Saturday (event nights excluded), from 4PM until 8PM for all ages and 8PM until midnight for skaters 21+. Open skating is $10 per guest, with $5 skate rentals.
Guests downstairs in the event center can also enjoy Duckpin bowling and snacks, beer and wine from the redesigned snack bar. The Rock & Rollers upstairs social space features the makings for a friendly game of beer pong, competitive round of darts, a round of pool, and even classic board games like Twister and Candy Land, all in a 21+ environment.
Music & Shows
Highlighting local talent, Rock & Rollers offers free live music Fridays and Saturdays, and open jam on Tuesdays at the upstairs stage. Focused on local bands and homegrown talent, live music never has a cover change upstairs. Sahara Events Center offers Lucha Libre events, live bands on the rink, and skating movie nights.
