Na Hula to perform at Chrome Showroom in Santa Fe Station June 14
Enjoy a Hula show featuring cultural Hawaiian dances of favorite places, names and beautiful areas of the island. Na Hula will perform live in the Chrome Showroom at the Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino on Sunday, June 14.
Showtime is 4 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m. The cover charge for the show is $15 (tax inclusive), cash at the door.
Take a Hula voyage and journey with Na Hula to the islands of Hawaii. Enjoy the island colors, movement and beauty of songs and dances dedicated to Hawaiian ancestors – Royal Ali’i’s. Listen to the heart beat of the Hawaiian people.
Na Hula Aloha Spirit to perform at Chrome Showroom in Santa Fe Station June 14
The mission of the Na Hula organization is to keep the “Aloha Spirit” alive by perpetuating their heritage, culture and traditional beliefs. They support and educate others about Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures through the art of Hawaiian dance known as “Hula” and the art craft known as “Na Mea Hawai’I,” all of which is associated with their Hula foundation.
The belief of the organization is to honor God, respect their Hula brothers and sisters, family, friends, community and foes. To teach all of those who come to their door. The foundation of the organization is based on their Aloha Spirit, friendship, goodwill and the respect for all people and cultures of the world. They are a “hui” (group) of dancers who come together to share Aloha Spirit and the poetry of Hawaiian music. These are a few things that bring balance to an ‘Olapa (Hula dancer).
Gateway Arts Foundation promotes the arts and scholarships in Las Vegas. Their annual scholarships are awarded to private teachers to benefit outstanding students for continued advanced studies. The success of their program allows young artists to perform and receive great opportunities, such as interning with Barry Manilow Productions. Their affordable events involve a community of artists who help advance many outreach programs. Along with receiving many awards, their greatest honor is being called “Las Vegas’ greatest friend to the artist.”
