New items at The Angry Butcher (Sam’s Town) include:

  • Cioppino for $30 — King crab, shrimp, sea scallops, fresh clams, mussels, halibut and saffron broth
  • Lamb Rack for $36 — New Zealand rack of lamb is seasoned, seared and coated with the Butcher’s seasoned breading then roasted to perfection, paired with potato gnocchi, sautéed broccolini, finished with the Chef’s red wine reduction
  • Herb Roasted Chicken for $20 — The Butcher’s selection of dry herbs, gently rubbed into a half chicken, slow cooked and paired with fingerling potatoes, baby squash, broccolini
  • Double Cut Pork Chop for $22 — Hearty Double-Cut Pork chop in an apple cognac pan sauce, served over wilted spinach
