Nobu Hotel Restaurant and Lounge Caesars Palace Pre-Opening Breakfast and Design Tour

This marks the first time the celebrated chef has created an in-room dining menu including breakfast. Items sampled included: Eggs Matsuhisa, “Bagel and Lox” and Green Tea Waffles.
Lead designer David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group followed the breakfast with a detailed property tour inside the world’s first Nobu Hotel.
