“Mediterranean cuisine has always been a personal favorite,” said Michael, co-owner of Morton Group. “Greek Sneek encourages public toasts because dining like the Greeks means celebrating life with family and friends.”

The menu, by Morton Group Corporate Executive Chef William DeMarco, offers traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes. Highlights include Greek ‘chips,’ made with traditional crispy zucchini and eggplant served with tzatziki, priced at $14; classic Greek spreads of hummus, tzatziki and baba ganoush, priced at $14; Mykonos salad with heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green pepper barrel-aged feta and Greek olives, priced at $14; gyros, with choice of shaved chicken, lamb or steak, served with red onion, tomato, tzatziki and fries, priced at $17, $19 and $21, respectively; branzino, a Mediterranean sea bass served with potatoes, baby carrots, lemons and capers, priced at $34;  and baklava, a sweet dessert made with phyllo, walnuts and honey, priced at $10. Greek Sneek also serves a selection of Greek cocktails, inspired by native spirits, in addition to Greek wines, beers and Ouzo selections.

Reminiscent of Santorini, Greek Sneek is awash in white, and is accessible through a hidden corridor next to CRUSH, inspired by the maze of narrow streets in the old country. The restaurant accommodates approximately 120 seated guests and is now open starting at 5 p.m. from Monday through Saturday.
