Oscar’s Steakhouse at The Plaza Hotel & Casino Celebrates Summer with New Cocktails, Happy Hour Gourmet Burger and Early Bird Menu
This summer, Oscar’s Steakhouse at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas is the place to escape the heat and relax with friends over handmade cocktails and great food. The restaurant and lounge is debuting a special summer cocktail menu, new items on its happy hour menu and an early bird menu (Pictured: RICO Burger)

Four refreshing cocktails have been added to Oscar’s happy hour menu. The new cocktails include Karen Hill’s Paloma made with tequila, Jarritos, Pamplemousse Liqueur, and lime for $10, the Fairy Nectar comprised of gin, Lillet Blanc, Domaine de Canton and plum bitters for $12, and the Whiskey Dreamcatcher with Maker’s Mark, elderflower, apricot and orange juice for $12. Paying tribute to the extended run at the Plaza of the popular and critically acclaimed music and comedy show, the Scintas, Oscar’s cocktail menu now offers The Scinta Affair that floats a tequila infused lemon sorbet in sparkling wine.

As summer is the season for juicy burgers and a cold beer, Oscar’s happy hour menu features a special RICO burger for the summer months that is an all-beef, half pound burger on a brioche bun with Muenster cheese, tomato chutney, crispy onions, spicy pickles, arugula and smoked bacon. Guests can enjoy this mouthwatering gourmet burger with a domestic beer for $20.

In addition to the burger, Oscar’s popular happy hour menu, available in the lounge from 4 to 7 p.m. daily and during reverse happy hour from 9 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, added a creamy house made garlic and rosemary infused ricotta cheese with tomato caper relish and grilled ciabatta bread for $7.

Thursday is still Ladies Night at Oscar’s, where ladies drink free during happy hour, and Oscar’s popular beef sliders trio served with caramelized onions, tomato chutney and smoked Gouda is available for a special price of $5.

Beginning June 1, Oscar’s will also offer a special summer early bird menu in the main dining room from 5 to 6 p.m. offering guests roasted prime rib with Yukon Gold mashed potato and vegetable with au jus and creamy horseradish sauce.
