P.J. Clarke’s New York Chophouse resembles classic P.J.’s with a Vegas touch. The restaurant features hardwood paneling, a vintage jukebox, and photos of Vegas legends plastering the walls. The handcrafted century-old Phoenix bar, previously part of the Rothschild Estate, now serves locals, tourists, and business people alike. P.J. Clarke’s is inspired by the original location in New York City on the corner of 55th Street and Third Avenue where it’s been located since 1884 and survived two World Wars, the Depression, Prohibition, and city’s many ups and downs.
