Guests can turn up the heat with the super-secret “Burn Your Face Off” sauce, or even scarf a burger for dessert with the Ice Cream “Burger” made with a chocolate cream patty and a brioche bun.

Other dishes include Da Kine Salmon mini burgers made with salmon salad, tomatoes and mixed greens served on a Hawaiian sweet bun, Chicken of the Sea “sammich” made with seared tuna, napa cabbage, nori, pickled ginger and wasabi mayo on sourdough bread and the Salty Catch featuring beer battered cod, chips, tomato tartar sauce and old bay coleslaw piled high on a hoagie roll.

“Café 6 is an exciting new venture that allowed our team to be creative, experiment with bold flavors and put a playful twist on classic favorites,” said Arnaud Masset, Vice President of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at Palms Casino Resort. “We are thrilled to add this fun, new dining experience to Palms Place, and I’m looking forward to opening the doors so our guests can experience it.”

Curb cravings for a little somethin’ on the side and munch on satisfying snacks like the Salty Crunchy Pickles, Beer Battered Rock Shrimp and Baked Hard and Salted Soft Shell Pretzels. Enhancing each meal, Café 6 features a carefully curated collection of craft beers such as Petrus Aged Red Ale, Monks Café Flemish Sour Ale and Ballast Point Big Eye IPA among others, with pairing suggestions to complement each signature burger.

To top it all off, Café 6 gives a little more to hold on to with the Love Handles dessert menu highlighting tasty treats celebrating all things fried and sweet. Conquer the sweet tooth with delicious inventions like the Fried Cookie Cutter featuring deep fried Oreos and vanilla bean ice cream, or the cinnamon dusted Nutella Donuts drowned in chocolate sauce, caramel and crème anglaise.

Upbeat and inviting with a spacious interior and vibes as playful as the menu, Café 6 is the perfect dive to kick back and relax with friends. Opening just in time for summer, guests can enjoy radiant views of Palms Place Pool through the restaurant’s expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
