Downtown Summerlin Black Friday shoppers who show their shopping receipt will receive a 10 percent discount off their total Pancho’s bill. Hungry shoppers can enjoy signature menu items such as the “Wahoo” Fish Tacos, made with two flour tortillas filled with grilled Wahoo fish, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $16.95 for lunch and $18.95 for dinner; and the Philly Burrito, a flour tortilla filled with strips of grilled flatiron steak, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and melted cheeses, topped with enchilada sauce and melted cheese, priced at $16.95 for lunch and $18.95 for dinner.
