Park On Fremont Introduces Seasonal New Menu Items
Park on Fremont welcomes the warmer weather with tasty new menu selections, adding refreshing salads, a new summer smash cocktail and deep fried sensations to the bar and restaurant’s offerings, available now (Photo credit: Anthony Mair).
The refreshingly light ahi tuna salad is made with beautifully seared sashimi grade ahi tuna served with mixed field greens, avocado and red peppers all tossed in a light vinaigrette, priced at $10. The new Kale BLT Salad is Park’s rendition of a Caesar salad, made with kale, bacon and tomatoes, priced at $8.
Those looking for a taste of South of the Border flavors will enjoy the fish tacos, made with tempura fried Mahi fish topped with coleslaw and chipotle dressing, priced at $9; as well as the Park Paloma, a new summer cocktail made with Cazadores tequila, Pavan liqueur, fresh lime, simple syrup and a splash of grapefruit juice, priced at $8.
Park’s new bacon wrapped corn dogs are reminiscent of a county fair, made with two corn dogs wrapped in bacon served with Sriracha, ketchup and spicy mustard; as are the Deep Fried Oreo Cookies, priced at $5.
Park on Fremont spruces up Downtown Las Vegas with innovative bar fare and an eclectic art collection set in a laid-back area for dining indoors and antique tables in a lush garden outdoors. The rustic 2,500-square-foot interior boasts dark woods, a reclaimed herringbone floor and a 1960s-era jukebox. Out back, plants and flowers overtake the landscape of the patio, creating objects d’art from eroded items such as a footed bathtub overlooking the outdoor bar and a Cinderella-style carriage situated on the rooftop. The gastropub offers a flavorful menu including Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches, Cali Mex Burgers and Philly Mac and Cheese Steaks. The drink menu offers a wide variety of beer selections from around the world, distinctive gin and vodka selections, specialty bloody marys and cocktails served in mason jars.
