Party Like It’s 2014 with A Night To Remember at Aliante Casino + Hotel

Aliante Casino + Hotel, a AAA Four Diamond resort, will celebrate New Year’s Eve by offering specialty menus at four signature restaurants, a holiday performance by the Lon Bronson All-Star Band and a complimentary ‘All That Glitters is Gold’ party at ETA Lounge on Tuesday, Dec. 31 (Pictured: MRKT Sea & Land’s Filet Imperial – Photo credit: Jeff Ragazzo). 

Aliante’s signature steakhouse, MRKT, will offer a prix fixe four-course meal during regular hours for $54 per person. The meal will begin with a roasted cauliflower soup sprinkled with toasted hazelnuts, followed by a salad course of local greens, roasted pear and topped with a pomegranate vinaigrette. The entrée course will feature a filet imperial with truffle butter served with roasted onions, a local winter root vegetable medley and truffle mashed potatoes. Sour cherry crumbles topped with vanilla bean ice cream will be served for dessert.

Bistro 57 will open at 4 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and serve a three-course meal, highlighted by fresh local ingredients, for $38 per person. Lobster bisque made with white wine and topped with basil and Parmesan croutons will be followed by a main course featuring a slow-roasted lamb shoulder with minted pea purée and herb au jus accompanied by potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Dark cherry clafoutis with crème fraîche ice cream will top off the memorable meal.

FARM 24-7, Aliante’s new 24-hour farm-to-table café, will feature a three-course meal consisting of a fresh spinach salad, an entrée of sirloin beef burgundy stroganoff served with a side of rice pilaf and fresh vegetables and a brownie à la mode for dessert for $12 per person. The Salted Lime, an authentic Mexican eatery, will offer a 10-ounce T-bone steak topped with salsa brava, a local winter root vegetable medley and Spanish rice for $19 per person.

Partiers will enjoy a special performance by The Lon Bronson All-Star Band, recognized as Las Vegas’ longest-running band, inside the 650-seat Access Showroom beginning at 10:30 p.m. Tickets for the show will start at $25 in advance and $35 at the door and include a champagne toast at midnight, party favors and drink specials throughout the night.

Guests may also enjoy the free ‘All that Glitters is Gold’ party from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. at ETA Lounge. The party will include a DJ spinning mixes all evening long, go-go dancers, a champagne toast at midnight and special party favors.
