Photographer Erik Kabik Brings Vibrant Exhibit of 2011 Electric Daisy Carnival Photography to LAVO Nightclub June 6-10
As part of EDC Week in Las Vegas, rock and roll photographer and entertainment documentarian Erik Kabik will display photography from the 2011 Electric Daisy Carnival at LAVO Nightclub inside The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino.
Complemented by the beats from Dash Berlin, Chuckie, Hardwell, A-Trak and more, the images from the festival will infuse the nightclub’s scene with energy and vivacity. Guests will enjoy the life-size images of Kabik’s impressive collection from the 2011 music experience in celebration of electronic dance music’s takeover in Las Vegas.

A lifelong passion for music and photography has taken Kabik around the world in search of the concert photo. Since 1990 Kabik has photographed musicians as diverse as The Rolling Stones, TOOL, Jerry Garcia, Jay-Z and Lady Gaga. He recently worked on a 2 year project with Carlos Santana documenting the first ever rock and roll residency show in Las Vegas and worked with Insomniac events on the first ever Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas in 2011.
His expanding coverage into the EDM world has landed him and his lens in DJ booths with Tiësto, Deadmau5, Avicii and David Guetta and his collaborative work with Tiësto was recently featured as the cover story for the premiere issue of ELEKTRO Magazine. His concert photography has also appeared in leading publications such as Rolling Stone, People & Spin and can be seen on permanent display throughout Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.
A curated showing of his rock & roll imagery is currently touring John Varvatos clothing stores throughout the United States, currently in Malibu, CA.
