Pink Taco Presents Ultimate Taco Challenge for National Margarita and Tortilla Chip Days Feb. 22-24
In honor of National Margarita Day (Feb. 22) and National Tortilla Chip Day (Feb. 24), Pink Taco at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino offers a weekend of delicious fare and fun including an Ultimate Taco challenge, $5 Sauza Blue margaritas for ladies and entertainment, Friday, Feb. 22 – Sunday, Feb. 24.
The hip Mexican cantina presents the beast of all food face-offs, the Ultimate Taco ($24). Totaling a whopping three and a half pounds with one pound being meat, the taco includes a 25-inch crispy taco shell filled with refried beans, rice, shredded chicken, steak, carnitas, lettuce, Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. The Ultimate Taco is served with a complimentary Sauza Blue margarita. Patrons who finish the entire entrée in 30 minutes or less earn bragging rights and will get the dish for free.
In addition, guests can enjoy the music stylings of DJ Dash starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 and 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23.
