The outdoor, under-the-stars evening concert will begin at 8 p.m. and feature a high-energy set filled with Lynch’s chart-topping hits including “Small Town Boy,” “Seein’ Red,” “Mind Reader,” “Hell of a Night” and “Where It’s At.”
