Public House at The Venetian Las Vegas Unveils New Lunch & Dinner Menus
Public House, the contemporary gastropub located at The Venetian, recently launched revamped lunch and dinner menus featuring elevated pub-style classics executed by Chef de Cuisine Cory Anderson (Pictured: Bison Burger).
Public House’s new menus feature dishes ranging from light and fresh salads and shareable appetizers to mouthwatering sandwiches and larger entrees.
Larger plate highlights include the lamb meatball sandwich, topped with tomato sumo, provolone cheese and salsa verde; the light and fresh beet tart salad with heirloom beet, goat cheese, puff pastry and blood orange vinaigrette; and the airline chicken breast with creamy polenta, roasted mushroom, cipollini onion and stout gravy; while shareable plates and sides include the lobster deviled eggs from the “Butcher Block” and the welsh rarebit, a beer-cheese toast.
