RA Sushi Keeps it Hot Like Wasabi this Valentine’s Day with Couples’ Sushi Rolling Class on February 7

RA Sushi Keeps it Hot Like Wasabi this Valentine’s Day with Couples’ Sushi Rolling Class on February 7
RA Sushi Bar Restaurant
is inviting Las Vegans to heat things up with their soulmate this Valentine’s Day. According to sushi enthusiasts and scientists alike, the sensual pleasures of cool, raw fish served alongside a cocktail for two can lead to saucier things. Who are we to argue? (Pictured: Soy Crazy for You Roll and Rose)

That’s why RA Sushi chefs have designed a romantic and entertaining couples’ night out designed to teach participants about the power of aphrodisiac ingredients and help them make a little magic of their own. Roll of Attraction: An aphrodisiac sushi rolling
class for couples takes place on Wednesday, February 7 at 8 p.m. at RA Sushi’s Las Vegas location.

“People love combining romance, fun and food, especially around a holiday like Valentine’s Day,” said Jeannie Means, RA Sushi’s vice president of marketing. “We plan to give couples an interactive class that brings sushi rolling basics and fun together in a
unique dining experience. They’ll learn to create traditional Japanese foods that are all but guaranteed to heat things up.”

RA Sushi’s menu invites guests to explore their RA side with a wide variety of rolls and shareables that feature ingredients – like salmon, seaweed, avocado, asparagus, lobster and strawberries – with natural properties that add to their aphrodisiac benefits.

Salmon and other oily fish are packed with Omega-3 fatty acids that are known to increase circulation. These types of popular sushi fish are also packed with protein for energy and stamina. The iodine in seaweed, which is used in sushi rolls, is a source of
Vitamin E which produces hormones that trigger a sense of passion. The warming effects of sushi’s accompaniments – ginger and wasabi – are known to stimulate the senses and the heart rate.

The Soy Crazy for You Roll, made with sweet lobster and strawberries, will make a limited time appearance on the February menu and is one of the rolls featured in the Roll of Attraction couples’ class. It includes lobster, cucumber, and sushi rice rolled in
pink soy paper and finished with spicy mayonnaise, cucumber, strawberry slices and kiwi wasabi sauce.

In addition to making and eating the Soy Crazy for You Roll together, couples will enjoy making other menu items including a Rainbow Roll, Tuna and Salmon Nigiri, while sampling three varieties of sake and JCB #69 Sparkling Rosé. The Roll of Attraction
class costs $45 per person with sake and sparkling rosé or $40 without, and advance reservations are required.

RA Sushi also suggests reservations for in-restaurant dining on or around February 14. Lovers who miss the sushi rolling class and are opting for a cozy night in on Valentine’s Day can order RA Sushi home delivery through the RA Sushi app or the restaurant’s
website, www.RAsushi.com.
