Rhumbar to Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend with Patriotic Mojitos
RHUMBAR at The Mirage Hotel & Casino will celebrate Memorial Day weekend with patriotic red, white and blue mojitos from Friday, May 23 through Monday, May 26.
The red mojito is a revitalizing blend of Montecristo white rum, St. Germain liqueur, fresh mint leaves, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and raspberry demerara sugar. The white mojito is an exotic cocktail combining Montecristo white rum with Thai coconut-honey syrup and fresh lime juice, topped with mint foam and a powdered sugar dusted mint leaf. The blue mojito is a true berry delight with Montecristo white rum, Velvet Falernum, spiced blueberry demerara sugar, fresh mint leaves and lime juice. The red, white or blue libations are priced at $12 each.
In addition to the mojitos, happy hour specials will be available from 1 to 6 p.m. throughout the weekend, featuring $5 rum punch cocktails and Coors Light bottles, $8 house cigars and $18 domestic beer buckets. From 4 p.m. to close, a resident RHUMBAR DJ will entertain revelers on the Strip-side patio, and hookah pipes will be available in an array of signature flavors such as Pineapple, Melon Blue, Tangerine Dream and Strawberry Daiquiri.
