Rice & Company Celebrates Carrot Top Anniversary with Sushi Roll
For the month of November, Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate the eighth anniversary of the Carrot Top show with a sushi roll created by the comedian (Pictured: comedian Carrot Top eating the Carrot Top Roll).
The Carrot Top Roll, named in honor of Luxor’s headliner and funniest sushi fan, is made with fresh Alaskan king crab meat, carrots and cucumber. Priced at $18, the roll is served with Thai mayo and topped with fresh carrot shavings to pay homage to the red-haired comedian.
Rice & Company’s atmosphere combines classic and contemporary design features, offering guests a dynamic setting in which to enjoy their dining experience. The restaurant offers three semi-private dining rooms for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more, accommodating 10, 30 and 40 guests, respectively.
Located on Luxor’s atrium level at the entryway to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, Rice & Company is open daily from 5 until 11 p.m., and the lounge stays open until midnight.
