Rice & Company to Celebrate Chinese New Year with Specialty Menu
Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will usher in the Year of the Horse with a prix-fixe menu available Friday, Jan. 31 through Friday, Feb. 14, priced at $49.99 per person.
The dinner will begin with a choice of Pan-Fried Pot Stickers filled with pork and vegetables, served with ginger soy sauce or the Wicked Roll, made with spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, yellowtail and spicy garlic ponzu sauce. The second course will offer a choice of Egg Drop Soup or Mixed Greens Salad with ginger dressing.

The entrée will include a choice of Kung Pao Chicken, a stir-fry made with chicken, bell peppers, onions, celery and roasted peanuts; Beef & Broccoli made with garlic oyster sauce and fresh broccoli; or Garlic Shrimp with vegetables tossed in Rice & Company’s tangy garlic sauce. Steamed white or brown rice is served family-style with all entrées.
For a sweet finale, diners may enjoy the Dessert Duo complete with Exotic Fruit & Berries served with white peach sake and mint yogurt and Chocolate Passion a chocolate mousse roll made with passion fruit gel, chocolate cake and vanilla crème anglaise.
