Rice & Company to Honor Thanksgiving with Thankful Dumpling
Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate Thanksgiving with the Thankful Dumpling, available throughout the month of November.
Executive Chef Danny Chen combined Chinese and American classics to create the Thankful Dumpling. Priced at $16, the festive dish is made with tender duck breast, cornbread stuffing, dried cranberry, onion and celery wrapped in a soy sheet and topped with crispy sweet potato, micro celery and cranberry-yuzu sauce.
Rice & Company’s atmosphere combines classic and contemporary design features, offering guests a dynamic setting in which to enjoy their dining experience. The restaurant offers three semi-private dining rooms for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more, accommodating 10, 30 and 40 guests, respectively.
Located on the Luxor’s Atrium level at the entryway to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, Rice & Company is open daily from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., and the lounge stays open until midnight.
