Rice & Company to Spice Things Up for Cinco De Mayo with Sushi and Cocktail Pairing
Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Sunday, May 5, with a spicy sushi roll and cocktail pairing, priced at $25.
Fiesta goers may kick-start the holiday with the Fire Breathing Dragon Roll, created by Executive Sushi Chef Danny Chen, and made with shrimp tempura, fresh habañero, ghost chile pepper sauce, crab meat, Pop Rocks and micro cilantro, accompanied by hot sauces for dipping at your own risk. Guests can wash down the fiery roll with the Mexican Samurai cocktail, a sweet and spicy blend of TY KU Soju, apple syrup, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar and a muddled jalapeño.
Rice & Company’s atmosphere combines classic and contemporary design features, offering guests a dynamic setting in which to enjoy their dining experience. The restaurant offers three semi-private dining rooms for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more, accommodating 10, 30 and 40 guests, respectively.
