Riviera Hotel & Casino Welcomes “Pawn Stars” Parody “Pawn Shop Live!” to Famed Las Vegas Strip
The Broadway-style comedy PAWN SHOP LIVE!, a comedic nod to the story behind HISTORY’s reality smash hit “Pawn Stars,” is set to open at the historic Riviera Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip on Monday, April 21, 2014 (Pictured: The Old Man and Rick Harrison visit the cast of Pawn Shop Live!).
PAWN SHOP LIVE! is based on the story of the world’s most famous and beloved pawn shop, Gold & Silver Pawn. The production, which has been fully endorsed by the break-out stars of the hit television show, includes story contributions from Rick Harrison and the Harrison family. PAWN SHOP LIVE! will run nightly at 4:30 p.m. inside the Starlite Theatre.

Produced by Emmy award-winning producer Derek Stonebarger and co-written and directed by Troy Heard, PAWN SHOP LIVE! features seven live actors and dancers, as well as a puppet, celebrity guests and surprises, as even the real “Pawn Stars” will appear on stage as often as their filming schedule permits. The on-stage characters are lampooned versions of Rick Harrison, Austin “Chumlee” Russell, Corey “Big Hoss” Harrison and Richard “The Old Man” Harrison – better known as Slick, Chump, Lil Boss and Old Fart.
PAWN SHOP LIVE! will be performed at the Starlite Theatre inside the Riviera Hotel & Casino nightly at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $79, $59 and $39 plus tax and applicable fees and go on sale Saturday, March 29 at 10 a.m. A special Ticketmaster pre-sale will be available from Wednesday, March 26 at 10 a.m. through Friday, March 28 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Riviera Box Office or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com.
