Robin Leach goes ‘On Air with Robert & CC’ at PBR Rock Bar in Las Vegas

The celebrity writer talked about his past which included him moving from England to the United States in 1963 fresh off the Queen Mary he said, “I remember it was a Thursday in November after JFK was gunned down and the streets in New York City were empty and everything was closed.  I thought what a sight the nation is in mourning for their fallen President.  I found a coffee shop that took my money and I had to ask what was going on, why are the streets so empty?  He replied with it’s Thanksgiving sir.”
