Rockhouse Introduces New Breakfast and Cocktail Menus
Guests can cheer for delicious new breakfast and cocktail selections available now at Rockhouse located at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian | The Palazzo.
Early-risers can now nosh on mouthwatering breakfast items available every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. The morning menu includes the Breakfast Classic Scrambled Eggs, topped with cheddar cheese and paired with home-style potatoes and pico de gallo; the Chorizo and Egg breakfast tacos, covered with pepper jack cheese and pico de gallo, served on flour tortillas; and Three Mini Hot Dogs, made with scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese, bacon crumbles and chipotle oil.
Lovely ladies can sip on delicious selections from the new “Girly Drinks” menu, including the American Woman, a mix of Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, Chambord, Grand Marnier and La Marca Champagne; and the Pink Cadillac, combining Ketel One and Kinky vodkas, Watermelon Pucker and Sprite with a sugar rim. Gentlemen looking for something stronger can order from the “Manly Drink” menu, featuring the Highway to Hell, a combination of Milagro Tequila, Fireball Whiskey, Sweet and Sour mix and Fireball Cherry Whiskey with a salt rim; and the TNT, made with Jack Daniels Whiskey, Triple Sec and Sweet and Sour mix.
The ultra-dive bar also offers new featured shots and beer cocktails including the Pearl Necklaces shot, made with Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, Bacardi Coconut Rum and half-and-half, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles; and the Dirty Diana beer cocktail, mixing raspberry vodka, Peach Schnapps and Shock Top Raspberry Wheat.
Rockhouse, located inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian | The Palazzo, is open daily from 11 a.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends, closing late into the night.
