The eleven-time Olympic medalist and six pals were comfortably situated in a private luxury bungalow at the award-winning dayclub overlooking the pool party action and taking in sounds by David Guetta who was behind the decks.

Sporting camouflage cargo shorts and an American flag tank top, Lochte was having a great time posing for photos with friends and lady fans throughout the day. Keeping refreshed with Grey Goose cocktails and shots of Fireball straight from the bottle, a smitten Lochte built up enough courage to drop down on one knee and pretended to propose to one of Encore Beach Club’s gorgeous bikini-clad servers who responded in kind with a very serious yes.
