Sammy’s Restaurant, Bar & Grill to Bring Innovative Cuisine, Lounge-style Dining to Green Valley

A stylish setting and inventive menu come together in the new Sammy’s Restaurant, Bar & Grill, in Henderson set to open this September on the corner of Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road, just north of I-215. 

In the American Nevada Business Park, Sammy’s will be the first restaurant of its kind, pairing delicious cuisine and refreshing cocktails with an inviting atmosphere, live entertainment and gaming tavern. Created by restaurateur Sami Ladeki, the 8,000-square-foot eatery will highlight a one-of-a-kind 3,000-square-foot “living room” for guests to dine and drink with family and friends.

The living room will be framed along three sides by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook beautiful lush landscaping, creating a unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere for diners. Filled with oversized furniture and cozy nooks, the living room will offer a comfortable setting to enjoy a family brunch, an evening out or late-night dining. An oversized bar separates the living room from the dining room, which offers more traditional seating for family brunch or dinner, a business lunch or other such occasions.  For private dinners, corporate events and more, Sammy’s offers two private rooms that accommodate 16 to 30 guests. Sammy’s will also feature an intimate gaming tavern with a full bar that will accommodate up to 25 guests, with bar seats and high tables available.

A brand recognized for its innovative global healthy cuisine, Sammy’s will continue to offer menu selections made with local, organic and nutritionally balanced ingredients. Mouthwatering entrées include oak roasted salmon filet, served on an Asian salad with edamame, cucumber and ponzu sauce; braised lamb shank with Zatar, red wine sauce and spiced lentils; and seafood cioppino featuring shrimp, clams, scallops and fish filet with a seasoned tomato broth and grilled crouton.

The new Sammy’s will offer a vast selection of its renowned wood-fired and artisan thin crust pizzas. Signature pizzas include organic arugula & pear topped with prosciutto, gorgonzola, mozzarella and organic arugula salad tossed in balsamic basil dressing and burrata & pesto with tomatoes, burrata cheese, basil pesto and a house-made tomato sauce. Served on freshly baked, crispy French-style crust, the artisan thin crust pizza selection will feature yummy honey cheese with mild sheep’s milk cheese, organic oregano and orange blossom honey and the brie cheese & truffle oil with sautéed mushrooms. All pizzas have the option for gluten-free crusts and Daiya vegan cheese.

Designed for sharing, Sammy’s will also feature a tapas menu. The smaller portions will include items such as Japanese style chicken meatballs served with Japanese tare sauce and pickled cucumbers; lebni, a Mediterranean soft cheese served with exotic spices, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and grilled herb flatbread; mini duck tacos topped with feta, tomato, napa cabbage and tomato-cilantro sauce; and hot rock of New York steak, served with chili ponzu and miso sauce.

Whether guests are looking to indulge in a late-night sweet treat or an after dinner delight, Sammy’s will provide a selection of desserts, featuring their famous ‘Messy Sundae,’ with vanilla ice cream covered in chocolate and caramel sauces, walnuts and whipped cream with a maraschino cherry on top.

Sammy’s will also offer various gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options throughout the menu.

With daily and weekly promotions, Sammy’s will be the new Green Valley hot spot for great eats and refreshing cocktails. Sammy’s will offer a daily happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. with a specialty happy hour menu and $2 off drinks. For night owls, a late night happy hour will be available from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Industry professionals will enjoy two-for-one drinks every Monday night from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. for Industry night. Wine enthusiasts will celebrate with half-priced bottles of wine after 6 p.m. on Wine Wednesdays. Every Thursday night, ladies can enjoy a night on the town at Sammy’s, with two-for-one drinks from 8 p.m. to midnight. Sammy’s Lounge will be open on Friday and Saturday nights with live music or a DJ after 10 p.m.
