Sam’s Town Presents Free Hispanic Film Festival Every Saturday in September; Tickets for the First 500 Guests Are Free
In commemoration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall presents its free Hispanic Film Festival, happening every Saturday this September at the Century 18 Sam’s Town movie theater.

The Hispanic Film Festival features the following four celebrated films:

No Se Aceptan Devoluciones
Saturday, September 7 at 3 p.m. | Rated PG-13

Starring Eugenio Derbez, this comedic drama follows a man who created a new life for himself and his daughter who was left on his doorstep six years ago. When his daughter’s birth mother resurfaces, he realizes the risk of losing his daughter.

Cantinflas
Saturday, September 14 at 3 p.m. | Rated PG

“Cantinflas,” starring Óscar Jaenada, shares the untold story of the greatest and most beloved comedy film star in Mexico’s history. The biographical film follows Cantinflas’ journey from his humble beginnings performing on the small stage to entertaining under the bright lights of Hollywood, gaining fame around the world.

No Manches Frida
Saturday, September 21 at 3 p.m. | Rated PG-13

In the comedy “No Manches Frida,” recently released bank robber Zequi goes to recover stolen money buried by his goofy accomplice. When they return to the site, they find that Frida Kahlo High School has built a gym over their buried money. Zequi becomes a substitute teacher to try to get his money back, learning that life on the inside might have been easier than dealing with rebellious students. “No Manches Frida” stars Omar Chaparro, Martha Higareda, Mónica Dionne and more.

Amores Perros
Saturday, September 28 at 5:30 p.m. | Rated R

“Amores Perros” is a film about a horrific car accident that connects the lives of three strangers, dealing with loss, regret and life’s harsh realities, all in the pursuit of love. The film stars Emilio Echevarría, Gael García Bernal, Goya Toledo and more.

Century 18 Sam’s Town boasts lush designs and an all-digital sound to guarantee the ultimate movie viewing experience. The THX-certified movie theater offers stadium seating, giant wall-to-wall curved screens as well as an innovative and expansive concession at Café Cinema designed to eliminate long lines.

TICKETS:

Movie tickets are free for the first 500 attendees. Tickets will be distributed at the B Connected desk starting at noon on the same day that each movie will be in theaters. Each guest can receive a maximum of two tickets, while supplies last. Guests must be 21 or older to obtain movie tickets.
