Santa Fe Station Welcomes Authentic Mexican Restaurant Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina to Culinary Lineup
Mexican-inspired restaurant Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina at Santa Fe Station is now open, serving up authentic flavors of Mexico from many different regions like Mexico City, Puebla, Guadalajara, and the Mayan Peninsula. Following in the footsteps of its sister location located inside Fiesta Henderson, guests can enjoy flavorful farm-to-table dishes, house made tortillas and sauces, entrees, tacos, burritos, sopas, ensaladas, Chef Specials and more.
Chef Leticia Mitchell’s story began in Mexico with her mother teaching her how to cook with their own family recipes. Today, Leticia continues to use those family culinary secrets in all the dishes offered in her restaurants. Delivering real flavors of Mexico from various regions, Leticia prides herself in her ability to make any dish taste like home.
Guests of the new Santa Fe Station location are invited to enjoy Leticia’s favorites such as Mexican style Fajitas known as Molcajetes (grilled top sirloin, grilled nopales, shrimp, Oaxaca cheese and homemade ranchera sauce); famous queso fundido appetizer (menonita and Oaxaca cheese topped with fresh Mexican chorizo, sautéed onions or mushrooms, and served with homemade corn masa tortillas); pozole rojo or blanco (tender beef and pork, or chicken slowly cooked with a blend of red guajillo sauce and Leticia’s special spices and hominy); empanadas (shrimp and chorizo, ground beef, or chicken tinga with queso topped with crema, queso cotija); house specialties and much more.
Featuring a casual sit-down atmosphere, Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina joins Santa Fe Station restaurant favorites such as The Charcoal Room steakhouse, Feast Buffet, The Oyster Bar and Grand Café.
Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday Brunch is also offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with regular service resuming until 9 p.m.
