The gorgeous Playboy bunny arrived at the intimate lounge in a sexy strappy dress that mesmerized a crowd of onlookers causing a traffic jam outside of the Vegas hot spot.
Being the sweetheart that she is, Underwood stopped to sign autographs and pose for pictures with her male admirers.
Inside Tabú, the blonde bombshell was presented an adorable cake by the staff wishing her a happy birthday.
Underwood danced and partied with friends until the early hours of the morning.
