Executive Chef Jose Navarro has crafted an array of tasty appetizers, pastas, and steak and seafood dishes to complement the warmer weather and capitalize on the flavors of the season. New salad options include the Summer Melon Salad, made with berries, arugula, frisee, prosciutto, toasted bread and a lemon-honey vinaigrette, priced at $12.

The latest addition to TREVI’s famous pasta selection includes the Salmon Agnolotti, featuring house-made pasta stuffed with salmon mousse with heirloom tomato and olive arrabiatta sauce, priced at $24. Additional new entrees include Seared Chilean Sea Bass served with seasonal vegetable hash, fingerling potatoes and crispy asparagus, priced at $34; Salmon Grigliato, featuring corn and asparagus polenta, local mushroom-bean fricassee and bianco sauce, priced at $28; Dover Sole Oreganata, with petite white beans, concassé tomatoes, green beans, pancetta and pan jus, priced at $28; and Bistecca Tagliata, featuring grilled skirt steak, arugula and a tomato and spring onion salad with lemon olive oil vinaigrette, served with fingerling potato chips, priced at $29.
