Scott Conant’s Seasonal Brunch Returns to Masso Osteria With New Selection of Offerings Sundays Beginning May 12
From acclaimed chef Scott Conant, Masso Osteria at Red Rock Resort launches a seasonal Sunday brunch offerings featuring an Italian twist on the classic brunch, bottomless drinks, delicious àla carte items, and more every Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. With a lively, convivial gathering in celebration of Italian cooking and living, Masso Osteria’s Sunday brunch will relaunch on May 12, Mother’s Day (Pictured: Masso Squid Rigatoni).
Masso Brunch satisfies any craving, from sweet to savory, with items such as roasted veggie sandwich with marinated eggplant and zucchini ($15); lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberries and single barrel maple syrup ($14); eggs benedict with crispy prosciutto, spinach and poached eggs ($18); two eggs any style with Italian sausage or bacon with fingerling potatoes and blistered tomato ($14) and more. Various pasta dishes, including chef’s notable pasta al pomodoro ($21) and Masso’s signature burger topped with a fried egg ($17) are also available at brunch. Appetizer and salad offerings range from quinoa granola with fresh berries and local honey ($14), to oysters on the half shell ($15 for six /$28 for a dozen) and a refreshing kale parmesan salad ($15), among others. Guests with a sweet tooth can top off their brunch experience with chef’s signature desserts, including salted caramel budino with gianduja crumble and whipped cream ($11) or tiramisu “affogato” with mascarpone mousse, espresso and vanilla gelato ($11). Back by popular demand is chef’s homemade soft serve ice cream for two for $20 with a festive selection of fresh toppings.
And, because brunch is always better with bottomless drinks, Masso offers a signature Bloody Mary, white peach or passion fruit Bellinis and fresh orange or aranciata rosa Mimosas for $25 per person. Also served is an elegant selection of Italian style coffee, espresso, latte and teas.
