Seafood Shack and Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall and Bar-B-Que Celebrate Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week
Seafood Shack and Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall and Bar-B-Que at Treasure Island will once again participate in Three Square Food Bank’s Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week taking place March 7-14.
Gilley’s and Seafood Shack will each offer a three-course prix fixe dinner menu for $30.13 and $40.13, respectively. A portion of the proceeds from each meal ordered benefit Three Square and the fight against hunger in Southern Nevada.
Gilley’s offers a choice of chicken tortilla soup, Gilley chili, C.T.’s pork green chili or vegetarian chili for the first course; a selection of BBQ short ribs, half rotisserie chicken, spice rubbed salmon filet or ½ rack of baby back ribs for the second course; and a choice of peach cobbler or hot apple biscuit bread pudding for dessert.
For an appetizer Seafood Shack offers a choice of New England clam chowder, pan fried crab cakes or garden salad; for the main course, San Francisco cioppiono, lobster cobb salad, grilled filet mignon with chipotle gorgonzola sauce, or blackened chicken breast; and for dessert diners can chose from key lime pie or chocolate layer cake.
Gilley’s will also offer a two-course prix fixe lunch menu for $20.13. The first course is a choice of chicken tortilla soup, Gilley chili, C.T.’s pork green chili or vegetarian chili, followed by a choice of a BBQ pulled pork sandwich, chipotle chicken sandwich or veggie burger for the second course.
