Searsucker Las Vegas to Host “All-You-Can-Eat Feast” on Thanksgiving Day
To commemorate the holiday, Searsucker Las Vegas located inside Caesars Palace, invites guests to experience Executive Chef Stephen LaSala’s “All-You-Can-Eat Feast” on Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, Nov. 22 – beginning at 2 p.m. Pricing for the feast will start at $59 per person, with special pricing of $19 for children age 12 and under and free for children under two.

“We are offering a classic Searsucker twist on traditional Thanksgiving menu items,” said Chef LaSala. “If you don’t feel like dirtying your kitchen, washing dishes for hours or hosting your entire family for dinner, sneak away and come dine with us.”

The specialty menu features a slow roasted whole turkey – brined, dried, slow roasted and topped with pan sauce. Flavorful sausage stuffing is served alongside the bird complete with pork sausage, rustic sourdough, dried cherries and herbs. The feast also includes candied heirloom carrots doused with smoked maple syrup and herbs as well as stuffed sweet potatoes with gruyere cheese and smoked bacon.  In true Thanksgiving fashion, diners will also enjoy a traditional cranberry side featuring orange zest and mint.

The fee will include the all-you-can-eat feast specials with endless replenishment. For an additional $16, Searsucker will also offer smoked turkey tamales with Hatch New Mexico Chile and queso oaxaca. If diners still have room in their stomach for more, Searsucker is also offering a $12 baked pumpkin crumble with savory bacon gelato and topped with cinnamon crème anglaise for dessert.
