Searsucker Las Vegas to Host Job Fair for New Restaurant at Caesars Palace Jan. 26-28
Searsucker Las Vegas, set to debut at Caesars Palace, Spring 2015, will host an upcoming job fair Monday, January 26 – Wednesday, January 28 to fill restaurant-based positions (Pictured: Brian Malarkey).
Known for its growing number of award-winning new American restaurants, Las Vegas will become the fourth outpost helmed by celebrity chef Brian Malarkey set to join existing locations in Austin, Texas, Del Mar, Calif., and the restaurant’s flagship location in San Diego’s famed Gaslamp Quarter.
- The hiring event will be held at Hakkasan Nightclub inside MGM Grand from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for back of house positions and will reconvene 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for the remainder of each day to interview for front of house titles.
- Available positions include: Server, Server Assistant, Porter, Bartender, Barback, Hostess, Food Runner, Expediter, Line Cook, Dish Washer, Prep Cook and Pastry Chef
- Interested candidates are welcome to bring a resume with them. All applications and paperwork will be available on site.
